Your Mission
As a Junior AI Strategist, you’ll support client projects from discovery through delivery, helping turn business challenges into actionable AI opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior strategists and cross-functional teams to learn the craft of AI strategy and execution while contributing directly to real-world projects.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in discovery workshops and strategy sessions with clients.
- Support research and analysis of AI use cases and business impact.
- Help define roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers, AI Solutions Architects and Senior AI Strategists.
- Contribute to presentations, reports, and client communications.
- Learn and apply AI best practices, frameworks, and tools.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interest in AI, business transformation, and problem-solving.
- Some exposure to AI, data, product strategy, or digital marketing.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from hands-on experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing analytics, eCommerce, or AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, large language models, or generative AI frameworks.
- Understanding of marketing KPIs, personalization, or customer experience optimization.
- Experience contributing to strategy workshops, presentations, or client communications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
- Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and applying AI to drive business outcomes.
