Your Impact

‍

As an Executive Partner, you operate at decision level, helping leaders redesign how they think, decide, and run their business in an AI-driven environment.

You deliver and evolve the Executive AI Operating System (Executive AI OS), embedding AI into leadership workflows, decision-making, and operating rhythms.

Bringing deep domain expertise, you translate AI capabilities into clear priorities, better decisions, and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

‍

• Partner with senior leaders (C-level, business heads) to integrate AI into workflows and decision-making.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of Executive AI OS engagements.
• Help executives build AI-native workflows, decision systems, and operating rhythms.
• Identify high-impact opportunities within your domain and translate them into actionable priorities.
• Guide the evolution of AI-native operating models, governance, and performance frameworks.
• Challenge assumptions and elevate decision quality at leadership level.
• Collaborate with BrainHackathon strategists and builders to connect executive intent with execution.
• Contribute to refining the Executive AI OS through real-world application.
  
  

What You Bring

• Executive leadership experience leading a core business function or an entire business (e.g. Finance, Product, Technology, Legal, Operations, Marketing, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of driving transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong judgment and decision-making capability in complex, high-stakes environments.
• Ability to operate across functions, connecting strategy, execution, and performance.
• Confidence to challenge, guide, and influence executive stakeholders through clear, effective communication.
• Systems thinking: understanding how human and AI workflows, decisions, and incentives interact to shape outcomes.
• A clear perspective on how AI can reshape your domain and create competitive advantage.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with self-managed, high-trust environments..

Engagement Model

‍

This is a partnership-based, non-employment role.

Executive Partners collaborate with BrainHackathon on a fractional, project-based basis, contributing to selected engagements where their expertise creates the most impact, particularly within Executive AI OS programs.
