Your Mission
As our AI Solutions Architect, you will design and oversee the technical architecture of our AI MVPs — ensuring they are scalable, secure, and production-ready. You will bridge business strategy with cutting-edge technology, guiding projects from early prototypes to live production deployments. You’ll play a key role in shaping our technical direction and helping clients unlock the full power of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and solution designs.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and co-creation workshops with clients.
- Evaluate and select the right tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) for each use case.
- Oversee end-to-end solution development from proof of concept to production-ready MVPs.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product strategists, and UX designers.
- Define best practices for MLOps, security, data governance, and architecture scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship across project teams
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and system architecture.
- Strong background in data science and software engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and modern AI/ML stacks.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills — able to simplify the complex.
- Strategic thinking combined with a bias for action and delivery.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning system design.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions on at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience designing data pipelines, APIs, and integrations that support AI workloads.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale or production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on expertise with large language models (LLMs), generative AI frameworks, and vector databases.
- Experience designing end-to-end architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, inference, and APIs.
- Deep familiarity with cloud-native tools (Vertex AI, Azure ML, SageMaker) and scalable infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and mentor engineers.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for experimentation and rapid prototyping.
