They work alongside the founder to define, build, and evolve the Executive AI Operating System (Executive AI OS), contribute to the partner ecosystem, and help establish new standards for how organizations operate in an AI-driven world.

This is not a role in the traditional sense, it is a foundational partnership.

• Shape and evolve the Executive AI Operating System (Executive AI OS) through real-world application and insight.
• Contribute to defining AI-native operating models across functions and industries.
• Act as a thought partner at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.
• Engage in high-impact client situations where executive perspective is critical.
• Help build and strengthen the BrainHackathon partner ecosystem.
• Contribute to long-term vision, positioning, and growth.

• Executive-level leader (C-level, founder, or equivalent) with a strong track record of building and transforming organizations.
• Recognized expertise within a core business domain (e.g. Finance, Product, Technology, Legal, Operations, Marketing).
• Strong point of view on how AI will reshape business, leadership, and operating models.
• High level of ownership, independence, and long-term thinking.
• Alignment with BrainHackathon’s values: trust, self-management, and accountable impact.
